Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Fireform subscriptions. In short: you can try the product before you subscribe, you can cancel at any time, and paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where stated below.

2. Try Before You Subscribe

The Explore plan lets you build and preview the entire product before you subscribe, so you can evaluate whether Fireform meets your needs. Publishing forms and collecting live responses requires a paid plan. Because you can assess the product before paying, we do not offer refunds on subscription fees once a plan is purchased.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically for the applicable billing period until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing us at riddhesh@fireform.app. When you cancel:

• Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged again.
• We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the remaining, unused portion of a billing period.

5. No Refunds

Subscription fees that have already been paid are non-refundable, except as described in Section 6.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may still be issued in the following cases:

• At our discretion, or by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record, to resolve a dispute or prevent a chargeback.
• Where a refund is required by applicable law, including statutory consumer protection and withdrawal rights. As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy handles payments and may process refunds under its own buyer terms and applicable law.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at riddhesh@fireform.app so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of your account.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on our website and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
